I knew my year was off to a good start when my brother Calel and my husband RG teamed up to create a wonderful New Year’s lunch spread for the family. Among the food they prepared was this amazing garlic confit that everyone couldn’t get enough. Garlic breath doesn’t really matter if everyone has it, I guess?
I had a somewhat foretelling gastronomical experience just before Christmas. Speaking of lunch spreads and garlic, I went out for lunch at Krazy Garlik Greenbelt 5 with my friends Farrah, Keita, and Keith, and we finished 2 giant platters – The Slab and The Catch – on our own.
Krazy Garlik has always been a staple in Greenbelt 5, but it’s nice to see that they have updated their interiors with a brighter, hipper look. Below are some photos from my visit–
