EMODA Big Sale

It is seriously the worst time to exist right now, lol. Every store you go into, there will always be a giant % OFF sign, somehow, it will hypnotize you to go in and buy an item or two out of impulse. And what’s worse is that it will not be the last time you will be swayed into going into the store, because the sale periods usually last a whole week or a whole month.

Recently, I’ve been resorting to buying stuff online because of my hectic schedule (more info on that this coming August), and one of my favorite go-to places for online shopping is EMODA’s Global Webstore. Since they first opened, I’ve probably had around 4-5 different transactions because I signed up for their newsletter and I instantly die at the words NEW ARRIVALS and SALE. It doesn’t help that they ship straight to your doorstep within a few days. So unbelievably convenient.

I have actually resisted already at this point. If I hadn’t, I would’ve probably bought something every single time they released a new item online. This, considering I also make sure to drop by EMODA if I’m in Japan. RIP, wallet. Gomenasai, savings. I fear for my life when I get to see EMODA again (at The One mall) when I go to HK this August with Crissey!

Anyhow, I managed to come up with some simple and clean coordinates with some of the existing EMODA items that I have in my closet. Also mentioning the discounts and linking back to the product page so it’s easier for you to shop if you like the items!

I didn’t follow the styling in any of the EMODA lookbooks for these. I think my style is generally sweet/girly, so I tried to make EMODA look wearable to those who have a similar style as me.

Sorry for tempting you with the discount prices! EMODA is definitely worth it, I swear to the Japanese fashion and Western high street fashion gods. The exchange rate is pretty decent right now – I remember a few years back, it was more or less yen divided by 2 = peso, but now the rate is so much better. 20,000 yen =/= 10,000 but actually around 8,600 or so.
