Coach Fall 2016: Emerald City

Rainy days are upon us, and it’s the perfect time to cozy up to Bailey, who decided to appear on my blog after a long time! Did you miss her? I sure did! I was in the middle of shooting this outfit when she decided to pose for a few shots. I didn’t wear colors for nothing after all.

Speaking of colors, I know I still have a relatively conservative color scheme going on in my closet. I do, however, have bright bags and shoes that I use to attempt to add some attitude to my pastel or muted outfits.

This bag from Coach’s Fall 2016 collection is one of my latest finds. Coach’s Swagger style bags have become one of their most iconic designs, and I totally get why – they’re practical and stylish. They also come in the most roomiest sizes, as well as with the versatility of using it as both a handbag or a crossbody. I found the color of this Rip and Repair Coach Swagger 27 carryall so endearingly unique that I had to photoshop Bailey’s collar into the same color! I’m obsessed! This one in particular has that extra oomph in it compared to regular Coach Swaggers, thanks to that gorgeous tassel charm and that braided strap.

P.S. Pairing pink and green together is apparently my thing nowadays! This is my second consecutive post with a similar color pairing.

A braided strap and hand-laced Rip and Repair stitching up the “swagger” factor on one of our most popular bags, with a nod to the sport that inspired Coach artisans decades ago. Crafted in our iconic glovetanned leather, this very modern carryall comes with a fringed and studded bag charm for even more attitude. –
