After months of raving about the Casio SHB-100, I finally got to wear it during one of my travels! True enough, it only took one button for my watch to automatically adjust to the time zone, and of course, the nifty CASIO WATCH+ app on iOS to connect my phone and my watch via Bluetooth.
RG and I got a free day to ourselves in Seoul, in between shooting with two different pre-wedding studios. We decided to go to a place where we both haven’t been to yet, and Bongeunsa Temple seemed to be one of the few touristy places left for us to visit. We found a nice spot in the temple grounds that happened to match the colors of my outfit, so we took our time shooting even though we didn’t plan on doing so. I wasn’t wearing the most fashionable shoes but you guys know I’m all for real and practical travel OOTDs versus 5 different outfit changes in a day.
I feel like I’ve already reached a level where I can let go of certain things that I used to be so hung up on when I was younger. Case in point: shooting OOTDs. I used to be so hard on myself when it comes to time and traveling, but I’m slowly getting more relaxed as the days pass. If I’m pressed for time and I’m having fun with other people, I won’t force it.
Maybe I’m just busy with the whirlwind that is wedding planning, but I don’t even see what’s wrong with having iPhone OOTDs and a non-curated feed. With all the trends and changes happening to social media, the best thing you can do to stand out is easy – to be as true and genuine as you can possibly be.
