Once in a while, I challenge myself to pull off certain things I wouldn’t normally wear, and try to make the whole outfit my own. As someone who’s often in dainty dresses and floral prints, the idea of wearing something as bold as black and metallic thread to a fall/winter trip to Korea would’ve initially seemed like a long shot. But as soon as I saw how the metallic thread was sewn so tastefully onto such a beautiful lace pattern, I knew it was going to be an easy feat.
Meanwhile, keeping warm proved to be the main challenge of the whole trip. Oversized items make great winter essentials because you can layer a lot underneath. Can you tell that I’m actually wearing 3 layers under my sweater?
